Fulfillment Technician, Hawaii Distribution Center, Inc.
Job Title: Fulfillment Technician

Reports To: Fulfillment Services Manager
Job Summary
Drive a light vehicle, such as a truck or van, with a capacity of less than 18,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), primarily to deliver or pick up merchandise or packages. May load and unload the vehicle. Perform warehouse duties such as inventory management and order fulfillment.
Essential Driver Duties
- Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
- Load and unload packages and goods from the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Follow a delivery schedule and identify the most efficient routes to avoid delays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with customers to confirm deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
- Carry up to 60 lbs of weight to fulfill delivery orders.
- Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
Essential Warehouse Duties
- Receiving and processing incoming materials and stock which would require a basic comfortability with Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheets.
- Picking and filling orders
- Packing and shipping orders
- Managing, organizing, and retrieving stock
- Moving and transporting materials
Secondary Duties
- Use and maintain the tools or equipment found on commercial vehicles, such as weighing or measuring devices.
- Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, or brakes, to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition.
- Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles.
- Maintain records, such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements, in accordance with regulations.
- Assist in miscellaneous warehouse tasks

Education
This position requires a high school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate) and 1 year to 3 years of previous experience.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
If you love sports and want to be involved with live sports radio broadcasts, apply for a position as a board operator for ESPN Honolulu and CBS 1500. We are hiring an on-call board operator in our downtown Honolulu studio supporting live radio broadcasts of sporting events and sports talk radio programs. This position reports to the Program Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate our state-of-the-art broadcast studio equipment to carry out live radio programs
- Cue on-air talent for the scheduled radio broadcast elements including commercial breaks, live remotes, guest interviews and listener phone calls
- Answer listener phone calls and place calls on air
- Play pre-recorded content including music, commercials, public service announcements, recorded interviews, or scheduled news feeds and traffic alerts
- Ensure all broadcasts comply with FCC regulations
- Assist with radio remote broadcasts
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency with audio equipment, audio processing, and Microsoft Office 365 applications
PREFERRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience with broadcast radio or TV production
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
This position is an on-call position with a varying work schedule (subject to change). Compensation is $15/hour.
